Our CarePlus child health solutions manage comprehensive active electronic records for children, including immunisation rates and developmental checks. It supports local safeguarding teams as well as health visitors and school nurses and, at the population level, plays an important role in public health.

It has a comprehensive range of fully-integrated modules, supporting the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) and NHS England’s child health digital strategy.

CarePlus can be deployed in a single instance for one organisation, or over a number of organisations using a single database, in line with NHS England recommendations.

CarePlus is used to provide seamless child health records in this way across London, Greater Manchester and the South West, South Central and West Midlands regions. It holds records for over 6m children.
