Early Digital Healthcare Leadership Programme
An annual training opportunity in the form of a bespoke, three-day in-person training programme for early career nurses, midwives and Allied Health Professionals that are embarking on a career in digital healthcare leadership. The programme is designed to fill a substantial gap in the development of these clinical digital specialists.
The programme is planned and delivered in collaboration with the Florence Nightingale Foundation - a highly regarded national charity focused on improving health, clinical outcomes, and patient experience by building nursing, midwifery and AHP leadership capacity and capability.
Each year System C sponsors eight customer-based delegate spaces, the remaining 12 places are open to delegates from other organisations. The application and selection process is independently managed by the Florence Nightingale Foundation.
