System C partners with Florence Nightingale Foundation, for the third year running, to deliver a leadership development programme for aspiring digital nurses, midwives and AHPs

27th March 2023

For the third consecutive year, System C will be partnering with the Florence Nightingale Foundation to provide a leadership development programme for aspiring digital career nurses, midwives and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs).

The Aspiring Digital Healthcare Leadership Programme is aimed at professionals at any stage of their career who are taking their first steps on a digital career path and have aspiration to influence digital transformation.

The three-day residential programme will offer a supportive learning environment to develop leadership identity, capacity, and capability. Delegates will leave with the tools to influence organisational and patient outcomes at a local, systems, national and international level of health and social care delivery through digital transformation.

As with last year’s programme, the programme will be offered to 20 delegates.  Of those, System C will be funding a total of eight places on the course for successful applicants from organisations currently using System C’s software. The rest will be open to other organisations.

This year the course will be split into two separate three-day residential cohorts, starting with the first one in Nottingham from 6-8 June, and a second in October in London, with four places on each cohort fully funded by System C.

The application and selection process will be independently managed by the Florence Nightingale Foundation. Expressions of interest should be registered with the Foundation by 24 April 2023.
