I have worked for System C since May 2017, when I began my journey as an Implementation and Support Specialist. I am now an EPR Team Lead and line manage a team of very talented and hardworking EPR Implementation Specialists.

My role is customer-facing, which I enjoy - helping trusts implement products they have bought. I find my job really rewarding, especially seeing the build-up of emotions and excitement on go-live day. I never get bored of being told how much our systems have changed the way our NHS colleagues work for the better and how much easier they make their lives.

But for me it’s also the feeling of belonging. The friendships I’ve made within the company are still so strong. I could never see myself working for another company and I wouldn’t want to.

Essentially as a product manager I get to ‘solve problems’ for people. I get to take an idea/requirement from the beginning, see it being developed, tested, deployed and most importantly, being used by clinical staff to improve patient care. ​​​​​​​

I have been with System C for 14 years and have been fortunate to work with some wonderful people. Seeing a vision become reality is only achieved by being a part of a talented, collaborative team. I am extremely proud of the product we have developed and get goose bumps when demonstrating it to users.

I have been working at System C since 2020. My role is a mixed bag, including analysis of the healthcare market, assisting with qualification of opportunities, identifying new targets, working on sales and procurements, and preparing documentation including presentations etc.​​​​​​​

The best thing about working at System C is the people. I joined in March 2020, and the first Covid lockdown started in my second week. I was sent home with my laptop not sure when we would get back to ‘normal’. But everyone was really supportive in helping me settle into the business, and that support has continued during my time here.

I started with System C as an EPR Implementation Specialist at the beginning of May 2020. No two days are ever the same, with different challenges being brought to the table most days in deployment.

Starting a new job working completely remotely at the beginning of a global pandemic was super daunting, but the best thing about working at System C is working with such a friendly and supportive bunch of colleagues. There is always somewhere to turn should there be an issue, someone to bounce ideas off when needed or a wealth of knowledge to tap into.

In my role as Legal Counsel, I am responsible for providing legal advice on a range of matters, drafting, reviewing and negotiating various different contracts and agreements for our products and services and managing and mitigating the legal risks to the System C & Graphnet Care Alliance.

In the six months since I started at System C, everyone has been really welcoming. I am enjoying the variety of work that has come my way and no two days have been the same.

My role is to ensure System C complies with quality and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices. I am responsible for implementing and monitoring a quality management system (ISO 13485), specifically designed for organisations involved with medical devices.

The thing that has really struck me about the company since I joined in July 2021 is the people - I have been helped and supported since day one.
